In this role, you will be part of a multinational diverse team, working closely with the business, your colleagues, and remote support teams to implement and maintain infrastructure elements. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting IT equipment, managing assets and inventory, and liaising with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include maximizing the availability of all IT equipment and infrastructure through continuous improvement and proactive, preventative maintenance, conducting end-user equipment trials and testing, and providing assistance to senior engineers as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate setting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating systems support experience, experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems, and maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
