Salla E-Commerce Platform is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department.

About the Role
  • Assist in coordinating various HR functions, ensuring efficient processes and effective support for employees.
  • Work closely with HR managers and other team members to facilitate tasks such as employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate daily HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
  2. Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  3. Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing results to improve HR practices.
  4. Deal with employee complaints, comments, requests, and inquiries in a professional and confidential manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
