  • Work closely with GIS and Mapping teams to collect relevant data and build customized reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience within the real estate industry.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, zoning, and land use practices within Saudi Arabia is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic team environment and meet tight deadlines.
