Job Description

As a Syrup Room Operator with The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of our high-quality syrups. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the syrup manufacturing equipment, adhering to strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare simple and final syrups according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  • Perform regular quality checks on syrups and cleaning-in-place (CIP) processes to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Record and document all syrup manufacturing information accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor process parameters and adjust controls as needed to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections and checks on machinery to identify any abnormalities or potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations by following established protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and optimize production.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical diploma or certification in process operations is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process operations role.
  • Familiarity with production processes, machinery operation, and safety protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.
