Knowledge Team

The Knowledge Team at Mustashar Accelerator is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will be part of this team, working closely with case teams and clients to provide relevant analysis and insights.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Solve client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in economics
  • Communicate with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way
  • Work collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
  • Be flexible and bring a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of consulting experience in relevant economic development required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Economics, Public Policy, Development, or related areas (advanced degree preferred)
  • Fluency in English; additional Arabic language skills preferred
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
