Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst - Credit Risk to join our team at Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the credit worthiness of service providers, assessing performed contracts, and proposing necessary qualifications and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the credit worthiness of service providers based on internal procedures, SOW, and contract size.
  • Assess performed contracts and related experience of potential engagement with service providers.
  • Propose and verify necessary qualifications, certification, and licenses prior to official registration of potential service providers.
  • Carry out detailed credit analysis of credit and investment proposals, including financial modeling, analysis, ratios, projections, valuations, and industry and peer analysis.
  • Identify and analyze counterparty risks and report mitigation strategy.
  • Ensure all approved credit applications comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring credit facilities and customers competencies, completing credit risk review memos, assessing risk-return investment, and preparation of executive committee minutes and reporting of credit exposure/risk in line with internal policies and risk appetite.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Finance or related field.
  • Profound knowledge of financial principles, credit terms, and risk assessment practices.
  • Analytical abilities to evaluate financial data and determine creditworthiness.
  • Collaborative spirit to work synergistically with finance, sales, and other departments.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in credit analysis or related financial roles in the manufacturing industry, but not in financial services/banking.
