This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Human Resources Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all country HRBP people agendas, including implementing engagement roadmaps, wellbeing initiatives, talent review processes, and performance check-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HR strategies across the country.
- Lead and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate headcount information.
- Manage employee data entry and HRIS systems.
- Ensure a positive working environment through regular presence at the factory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD Level 5 certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Experience working in a multinational company.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, interpersonal skills, and ability to facilitate sessions.
