About This Opportunity

This role offers a chance for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to take on a key responsibility in our Saudi Arabian operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Organize and manage crew rotation schedules to maximize availability and mitigate potential shortages.
  2. Work closely with the Camp Boss to ensure excellent catering services and employee satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with the rig manager to improve communication and resolve logistic and staff-related issues efficiently.
  4. Address labor concerns and issues promptly with rig managers and labor providers.
  5. Develop, maintain, and update work schedules and assignments.
  6. Assist rig managers in identifying and addressing performance concerns, collaborating with HR and manpower providers as needed.
  7. Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents, suggesting corrective measures where necessary.
  8. Compile and publish reports on crew productivity and time sheet data.
AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Oversee labor operations, ensuring effective crew management and minimizing shortages in collaboration with the rig manager and HR/labor providers.
  2. Liaise with external manpower contractors to optimize labor allocation.
  3. Authorize crew transportation and accommodations.
Required Skills
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex information effectively.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  3. Ability to exercise sound judgment, follow instructions, and make informed decisions.
  4. Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with rig calculations.
  5. Proficiency in advanced computer applications, especially MS Excel.
