Main Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee directional drilling activities to achieve successful project outcomes.

  • Maintain and operate drilling equipment, including motors and downhole tools.
  • Produce detailed reports on drilling operations, including daily and final well reports.
  • Develop and manage well profile plots, providing critical directional survey data.
  • Coordinate RSS operations at the wellsite.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with MWD teams to optimize drilling parameters and specifications.
  • Manage equipment records at the wellsite.
  • Establish effective communication channels between internal teams and customer representatives.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of drilling processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
