Key Accountabilities:

  • Supporting Function Coordination: Coordinate with supporting functions, such as HR and Finance, to improve activities related to training, resource development, and other factors contributing to local content achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in supply chain management, localization, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and engage stakeholders.
