About the Job

We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project model deliveries, reviewing models to ensure accuracy and compliance, and leading BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, implement, and manage BIM protocols and systems needed to meet project requirements.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for BIM software users as needed.
  • Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
  • Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to relevant codes, standards, and practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a BIM coordination/management role in the design, engineering, and construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
