We are seeking a highly experienced programme management leader to join our team on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. The programme consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

As a programme management leader, you will be responsible for leading integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. You will be an advocate of Mace's value of safety first and be accountable for maintaining exceptional safety standards for the design resources you manage.

Client Focus - Deliver on Our Promise:

  • You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes and sub-function KPIs.
  • You will be a point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.
  • Responsible for coordinating activities to deliver assigned elements of annual business plan outcomes to deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Ensures briefs and stakeholder requirements are adhered to.
  • Provides operational support for design management resource deployed to the project.
  • Interprets and presents management review data/KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Supports business development and work winning activities.
  • Ensures management system and governance is adhered to across the lifecycle of the project.
  • Responsible for review and input into management reviews, collating, analysing, and presenting data and key metrics.
  • Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with team/s ensuring coordinated deliverables.
  • Actively seeks out knowledge and experience through Company reach back.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree qualification is preferred but it is not essential.
