About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Finance Director, leading our reinsurance business in Saudi Arabia.

Main Duties

  1. Lead the Finance function across all WTW locations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Support the launch of new broking operations, including setting up Finance processes.
  3. Implement an effective internal control environment, covering banking, payments, and financial reporting.
  4. Deliver regular financial reports to WTW International and stakeholders on business performance.
  5. Challenge and review strategic business plans to drive growth and improve performance.
  6. Drive change initiatives across the business, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  7. Manage accounts receivable collections and related reporting.
  8. Provide critical financial insights to inform senior management decisions.
  9. Ensure accurate USGAAP reporting and compliance.
  10. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, supporting both business and corporate objectives.
  11. Monitor and control company finances, including balance sheet and cash flow.
  12. Promote efficient tax planning, reporting, and compliance under the guidance of the WTW Tax Team.
