Role Summary:

The Global Sales Engineer - New Equipment Solutions is responsible for supporting the sales operations of new equipment, including negotiating contracts, updating contractual terms, and conducting product checks. The role holder will work under the guidance of the Manager – New Equipment to prepare contracts, negotiate, and finalize agreements with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate new equipment contracts with clients, ensuring all potential client risks are addressed under the renewal terms.
  • Product Check and Inspection: Conduct inspections on all new equipment products delivered and installed at client locations, as per contractual requirements to ascertain the completion of the scope of work.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to increase the market share of Otis – Entity across all product lines within the assigned markets.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with developers/contractors by regularly engaging with key contacts and positioning Otis favorably for all new equipment projects.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance to the quality procedures & ISO policies of the company.
