  • You will lead a team of security personnel, implement security protocols, and respond to emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Team Management: Oversee daily security operations, supervise a team of security officers, provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures to mitigate potential threats.
  3. Security Systems Maintenance: Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  4. Investigations and Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns; conduct thorough investigations of security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility or workplace security; at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a security role.
  • Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations.
  • Proficiency in security management software and surveillance systems.
