Job Role

The Supply Chain Support Specialist is an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering technical support, developing user training materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Address user inquiries, issues, and requests related to IT solutions in logistics.
  • Develop user training materials to educate business users on IT solutions and their functionalities.
  • Perform testing activities to guarantee the quality and functionality of solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users and system administrators to configure and customize solutions.
  • Help interpret data from IT solutions to generate reports, dashboards, and insights for business stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Certifications in supply management or logistics-related fields are preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar field.
