Job Title: Global Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Administrator to join our team at SOES. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll data within our HRMS system.

You will also be responsible for revising and reconciling due payables to leaving employees, reporting system errors/problems, generating system reports, and working independently to meet strict compliance deadlines.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a high volume of data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administers and maintains accurate and up-to-date payroll data within our HRMS system.
  • Revises and reconciles due payables to leaving employees.
  • Reports system errors/problems.

Requirements:
