About the Role

The Maintenance Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the GSE and tooling team, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and available for use when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the GSE and tooling team, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and calibrated, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on GSE and tooling usage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address GSE and tooling needs, ensuring seamless integration into maintenance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for GSE and tooling management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain discipline, or engineering discipline related to aviation.
  • Extensive knowledge of airline inventory and warehouse management.
  • Specialist knowledge in aircraft equipment and tooling.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and maintenance information systems.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a related field, with 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role within an aviation supply chain environment.
