As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and integrating Unified Communication systems throughout the organization. Your primary focus will be on providing operational direction and support for the Unified Communications Infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the company's technical and quality standards.

You will work closely with senior IT professionals and managers to develop communication solutions that meet corporate goals and initiatives. This role requires advanced knowledge of Unified Communications principles, theories, and practices, as well as expertise in platform operation systems and applications such as Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, Internet Gateways, and Office Communications Server.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with tools and products concerning Exchange encryption, virus & spam protection is essential. Knowledge of anti-virus and spam protection products like Sophos EndPoint security and Control, Kaspersky Business Space Security, Symantec Endpoint protection, Trend OfficeScan, or other related products is required.

To be successful in this role, you will need 7-10 years of progressive experience in working with Outlook Exchange Messaging systems, maintaining one or more infrastructure elements for a medium-sized company. A 4-year degree in Computer Science (or related curriculum) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification are preferred qualifications.
