Job Title: VP – Corporate Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a VP – Corporate Finance. This role will be responsible for leading deal advisory mandates, client relationship management, strategic analysis, financial modeling, transaction structuring, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead deal advisory mandates, including M&A, capital raising, and private equity transactions, from initial pitch to successful closing.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their business endeavors.
  • Develop confidential information memoranda, teaser, pitch deck, and other marketing materials for transactions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Review and maintain complex financial models to support performance analysis, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to develop optimal deal structures and negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities through ongoing research and analysis.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional development.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including in an Investment Bank, Brokerage House, Transaction Advisory Firm, Investment Fund, or Investment team of a Corporate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team.
  • Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation.
  • Fluent in English, and Arabic (is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
