About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our Corporate Sales team in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and client relationships in the Saudi Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing client relationships and build new businesses in the Saudi Region.
  • Combine sales management, leadership, and client relationship management to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Business Development
  • Grow the client base, share of wallet, and achieve new business goals by identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, and engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide financial and market analysis to support proposals for new business and build a pipeline of potential and probable new business wins.
Sales Strategy Execution
  • Execute the sales strategy to achieve new business sales objectives, maintain current revenue streams, expand market share, and increase the share of wallet with target clients.
  • Manage revenue vulnerability and client loss by understanding client needs and identifying product and service delivery gaps.
Client Management
  • Collect, manage, and analyze key performance indicators to inform decisions and implement ongoing client strategy.
  • Manage the entire sales process from selling to full implementation, including proposals, contract negotiation, documentation, and product integration.
Industry Expertise
  • Represent J.P. Morgan Payments at external market and industry forums and work with the communication department to increase press coverage and manage reputation and regulatory risk.
Requirements
  • Relevant sales management experience in a Payments environment, with knowledge of corporate clients in the Saudi markets.
  • Product knowledge, including Cash Management/Trade and Working Capital (T&WC) knowledge and solution set knowledge globally.
  • Ability to manage complex deals, including leading Global RFPs and pitches.
Preferred Qualifications

Education to degree level (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or extensive relevant experience.
