Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the overall performance of assigned Patchi Café Outlets, ensuring consistency in customer experience and delivering high-quality Food & Beverage service.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve exceptional results, focusing on sales targets, service standards, and facility appearance.
  • Conduct regular briefings, debriefings, and meetings to foster effective communication among staff members and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Analyze monthly results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to rectify poor performances in collaboration with the F&B Country Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, as well as quality control procedures, to guarantee the highest standards of operation.
  • Act as a replacement when the Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager are unavailable, demonstrating versatility and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience and proven capability in management.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, including managerial exposure, preferably in a high-end concept.
  • Excellent command of English and the local language, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
