Frontline Customer Support Director

Taab Group is seeking a talented Frontline Customer Support Director to join our team in KSA.
We are looking for a seasoned professional to drive excellence in customer service, ensure seamless contact center operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role involves working closely with the Head of the Contact Center to implement scalable service strategies, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to optimize KPIs such as customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates. They will also possess strong technical acumen, with proficiency in CRM systems, contact center technologies, and workforce management tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strategic Plans: Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Build High-Performing Teams: Build, motivate, and scale high-performing teams by fostering a high-performance, results-driven environment.
- Drive Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and optimize self-service capabilities to elevate customer engagement.
