  • The ideal candidate should have proven experience in maintenance coordination, be familiar with health and safety regulations, and be able to ensure efficient utilization of maintenance resources.
  • The Maintenance and Repair Specialist will work closely with managerial staff to incorporate and execute the organization's weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance plan.
  • The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and executing work orders related to routine daily maintenance.
  • Overseeing maintenance department inventory management and facility management.
  • Monitoring usage of tools and equipment and ensuring tools are readily available for assigned tasks.
  • Assigning tasks to workers, coordinating, and ensuring completion of work.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Computer literate in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting.
