Job Description

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People Operations Team as a Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling teams, systems, creating effective HR policies, processes, and designing onboarding and offboarding activities.

  • Manage the company's HR information systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement efficient HR system policies and procedures.
  • Oversee HR data requests, reporting, and projects, including system implementations.

You will lead a team of 5 and report to our Senior Director of Talent Management. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee benefits programs and providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Conducting internal payroll audits and preparing for external audits.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and service providers.
