Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our team at NOV Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various departments, including production, procurement, logistics, planning, and warehouse, with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting operation-related departments with various administrative tasks, including record submission and retrieval, document follow-up, and internal communication coordination.
  2. Coordinating with department heads to ensure timely document readiness and smooth internal communication.
  3. Collaborating with the Client team to control project-specific document transmittals.
  4. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to gauge satisfaction and success.
  5. Performing basic bookkeeping activities and updating the accounting system.
  6. Assisting in vendor relationship management and coordinating logistics activities with suppliers, transporters, and clearing agents.
  7. Coordinating production planning and scheduling in line with project requirements.
  8. Effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Available and flexible to work overtime as needed to support the team and business needs.
  10. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
  11. Participating in internal audits per API Q1 & ISO 9001.
  12. Performing other duties as needed or assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Education: College education with Diploma or Graduation, Technical qualification preferred.
  2. Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  3. Arithmetic Skills: Related arithmetic skills.
  4. Computer Skills: Extensive computer handling skills and expertise in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other functions.
  5. ERP Experience: Preferably >2 years working with ERP system and document control in a manufacturing environment.
  6. Strategic Skills: Ability to understand, evaluate, and apply technical information and understand business needs & drivers.
  7. Operating Skills: Understanding and breakdown of complex systems and workflows.
  8. Confidence: Ability to take personal responsibility in challenging situations.
  9. Energy: Willingness to be energized by challenges and drawn towards opportunities.
  10. Organizational Skills: Cognizance of organizational culture and politics, and ability to adjust personal style to be effective.
  11. Personal and Interpersonal Skills: Strong sense of customer focus (internal/external) and adherence to work instructions and procedures.
