About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Specialist to join our team at Eram Talent. As a Contact Centre Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  3. Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure seamless customer support.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  2. Customer Service Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  4. Analytical Skills: Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  5. Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
