We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to lead and drive sales for air conditioning systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing projects from inception to completion while ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the air conditioning sector.
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Generate leads and secure new projects by understanding customer requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical specifications to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
