  6. Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
  7. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  8. Responsible for successful project start-up, reviews, reporting, and governance.
  9. Communicate project status and progress to KONE management and customers.
  10. Identify, mitigate, and manage operational and financial project risks.
  11. Develop and manage project financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  12. Drive Sales-to-Operations handover quality and ensure smooth project closing activities.
  13. Maintain master action logs and lessons learned documents.
  14. Plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences.
  15. Lead and manage the full chain project team.
  16. Ensure safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors, adhering to KONE and customer policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a PM role, preferably in the Elevator and Escalator industry.
  • Excellent Arabic language skills, with English language proficiency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • PMO certification is a plus.
