Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our landscape sector projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  2. Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Client Management: Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  5. Financial Management: Oversee project finances, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality construction standards and efficient execution of projects.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders, including investors, business partners, and company executives, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Master's degree in a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in landscape or relevant fields, with at least 5 years in similar roles.
