We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Night Toolpusher with experience in deep drilling operations. This position will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Direct and supervise the night crew, including Drillers, Derrickhands, Floorhands, and other rig personnel, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Toolpusher to direct and control all operational functions of the rig while on tour, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • **Safety First:** Ensure the safety of personnel and operations by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices, minimizing risks and hazards.
  • Oversee and coordinate drilling activities, including well control and maintenance, to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • **Team Player:** Collaborate with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all rig activities, providing valuable insights for future operations.
  • Participate in emergency response procedures and drills as needed, demonstrating a commitment to safety and preparedness.

**Qualifications:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Night Toolpusher, with a proven track record in deep drilling operations, preferably in 2500HP and above.
  • A valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) is mandatory.
  • Safety training certifications, such as H2S, First Aid, and Firefighting, are essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required to effectively manage and motivate the night crew.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to hazard identification and mitigation are crucial in this role.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is essential for success in this position.
