At Inspire Selection, we are seeking an experienced Consumer Marketing Lead to drive strategic marketing initiatives for our F&B client. This role is a great opportunity to join our team and utilize your skills in shopper marketing to drive business growth.

About the Role
  • This position will focus on developing and implementing shopper marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • You will collaborate with sales, brand marketing, and category management teams to create integrated marketing plans that maximize ROI.
  • Utilizing shopper insights, market trends, and data analytics, you will develop targeted campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute in-store displays, POS materials, digital activations, and promotions that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, developing joint business plans that meet their needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in F&B.
  • Background in sales is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong numerical ability and proficiency in MS Excel.
