We are seeking a skilled Business Continuity Planning Specialist to join our team at JODAYN | جودين. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) programs.

The successful applicant will work closely with organizations to ensure the resilience of critical operations and compliance with industry standards.

  • Develop comprehensive BC and DR plans
  • Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical functions, dependencies, and recovery time objectives (RTO)
  • Design risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure rapid recovery in the event of an incident
  • Facilitate and lead regular BC and DR testing exercises, including scenario-based simulations and tabletop exercises
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate BC practices into overall business strategies
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a consulting capacity
  • Strong understanding of BC and DR standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments, and continuity planning
