Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement site execution schedules for high-voltage substations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Coordinate and manage site activities, subcontractors, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure all site installation, testing, and commissioning activities are performed in accordance with the site execution schedule and project quality plan.
  • Collaborate with the project team to plan and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and site program.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies in specification drawings to ensure project quality and integrity.
  • Monitor and manage materials, equipment, and manpower on-site to meet construction program timing.
  • Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals, addressing complex problems and ensuring adherence to company values.

Your Background

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required, with a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience, including 3-4 years in a lead site manager role.
  • SEC/NG approval as a site manager is required, or a commitment to obtain approval within 6 months.
  • Proven expertise in site management, primary equipment, and secondary equipment of GIS and AIS substations, including layouts, earthing, cabling, lightning protection, and sizing calculations.
  • Experience in reviewing LVAC, DC system engineering, and preparing BOQs, deviation lists, and technical proposals for tenders and customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
