Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at El-Takamol. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues in civil/structural drawings and providing expert advice to clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and amend technical civil/structural contract documents as needed.
  • Perform engineering reviews to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
  • Identify and supervise design changes in drawings to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Distribute detailed drawings to sites and ensure timely implementation of schemes.
  • Report problems to the Project Control Manager and Technical Office Manager to resolve them efficiently.
  • Check and recommend improvements on conceptual design and specifications to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and prioritize targets with the Project Control Manager, Technical Office Manager, and other engineers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
  • Senior-level experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil/structural engineering methodologies and software.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
