We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will play a key part in the success of our Service Business by ensuring the proactive and efficient handling of sales leads. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customer-initiated leads within 24 hours via various channels.
- Qualifying leads before assigning them to sales personnel.
- Supporting sales teams in value discovery meetings, preparing presentations and other necessary materials.
- Maintaining accurate sales funnel, customer, and opportunity data in our CRM system.
- Assisting sales personnel with back-office tasks, such as tenders, orders, equipment, and customer inquiries.
- Organizing customer visits, tasks, and events.
- Providing Sales Managers with relevant reports and sales summaries upon request.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
