Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.

Your role will involve preparing and distributing press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. You will also respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company representatives.

In addition, you will develop crisis communication strategies to handle negative publicity or emergencies, and act as a liaison between the company and the media during crises.

You will ensure consistent messaging across all public-facing materials and assist in crafting the company's tone of voice and brand storytelling.

Furthermore, you will write engaging content for brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials, create content for the company's website, blog, and social media platforms, and organize press trips, FAM tours, and promotional events.

You will also coordinate logistics for media coverage of company-hosted events, amplify PR campaigns online, and monitor online reviews and respond as needed to maintain a positive brand image.

Finally, you will track and analyze media coverage to measure the success of PR campaigns, prepare reports summarizing PR activities and their impact on brand visibility, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for the company to feature in travel trends or stories.
