Business Development Manager KSA

The NCI division NESBUERO (NES) encompasses solutions, products, and advisory services for Offices, Fit Out projects, Control Rooms, and Smart Buildings.
This contract role involves identifying new business opportunities in KSA, building client relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales process for NES solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the KSA market
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of Smart Offices and related technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant field
