Role Description

This ServiceNow Technology Advocate role is a critical part of our pre-sales team, responsible for delivering technical solutions to customers and supporting sales teams in driving revenue growth. We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis, and providing feedback to product management on how to improve the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver technical solutions to customers, aligned with their business needs
  • Support sales teams in driving revenue growth through effective solution delivery and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and professional services
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor analysis, and provide feedback to product management
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud software solutions, specifically the ServiceNow platform
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence
