Banking Relationship Specialist Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and needs and provide recommendations for deposit and other banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify financial goals and needs of customers and recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products and services.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
  • 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
