About the Role

Key Accountabilities

  1. Providing technical support for bid and contract management, including cost analysis of direct and indirect expenses.
  2. Preparing the estimated baseline budget for project costs, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  3. Detailed cost estimation for direct, indirect, and overhead expenses across various construction projects, aligning with industry best practices and standard norms.
  4. Assisting Project Managers in identifying and addressing cost deviations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience with Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 12-15 years in Cost Control Management and Planning within the construction industry, on-site construction experience is a must.
  • Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International or an equivalent certification.
