Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Consultant to join our team at Alnafitha IT. As a key member of our Consulting Services Team, you will play a critical role in supporting and implementing our Modern Workplace services.

You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our services to customers, building scope of work based on business requirements, and delivering regional technical implementations and solution design. Your expertise will also include providing support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems, conducting proactive services with clients through risk assessments and health checks, and working collaboratively with other teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presents and demonstrates Anahita's services to customers
  • Builds scope of work/low-level technical scope based on business requirements
  • Delivers regional technical implementations and solution design within Anahita services on customers' sites and remotely
  • Provides support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems
  • Conducts proactive services with clients through Risk Assessments, Health Checks, Code Reviews, or other similar offerings
  • Reactive and 24x7 Critical Situations support: Reactive services which address the most critical customer issues
  • Ad hoc Services: Short and time-limited engagements focused on customer-specific issue remediation or support (e.g., Chalk Talks)
  • Workshops and Training: Delivers technical training for customer knowledge transfer and for helping customers to consume their products and services
  • Improves the overall customer experience serving as the customer advocate within Anahita and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in Technology
  • Delivers solutions-related documentation that could include scope of work/user manual
  • Participates in building Anahita's technical content library, e.g., Knowledge base and other technical contents
  • Assists in representing Anahita in any forum (i.e., seminars, technical or marketing conferences, events)
  • Mentors other team members on deployed solutions and best practices
