Responsibilities:
  1. Program Management: Plan, schedule, and manage the program of works for MEP projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  2. Data Analysis: Accumulate, collect, and analyze data and information required for planning, including tender, pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and completion schedules.
  3. Schedule Development: Produce tender, pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and completion schedules, and verify and update critical path and interfaces between design, engineering, procurement, and execution.
  4. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare cash flow, key performance indicator charts, and histograms, manpower, and quantity reports for the project, and evaluate and analyze progress through updated status reports in various formats based on the contract schedule.
  5. Subcontractor Management: Review and evaluate subcontractors' schedules and reports, and recommend necessary actions to align subcontracted items in schedule to the contract schedule.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Conduct and participate in progress and coordination meetings to discuss the status of the projects, and advise the MEP Manager/Project Controls when delay events occur and produce an extension of time schedule in coordination with commercial project teams to support claims.
  7. Master Planning: Set up the master plan for MEP works on various projects.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Must have a degree with overseas experience preferred.
  2. Skills and Experience: Must be independent, resourceful, and a good team player, with good initiative, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, and able to use Primavera P6 at an advanced level.
  3. Technical Skills: Able to use MS-Office package, especially MS-Excel, at an advanced level, and able to write clear and concise technical reports for management.
  4. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in MEP projects, with 3+ years of experience in large scale projects such as hotels or residential & commercial towers.
  5. Qualifications: Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical, and advanced skills in Excellent writing/communication skills, Primavera P6, Advanced Excel, and PMP.
  6. Overall Experience: Overall 10+ years' experience, with 5+ years in KSA.
