Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Immigrate Software. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Menu Planning: Plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements
