Job Title: Food and Beverage Project Manager

Join COREcruitment in our mission to find the best talent for our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Project Manager to lead our client's upscale expat complex in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall management and operation of food services to ensure high standards of food quality, service efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple dining hall operations serving diverse nationalities, with a focus on buffet and standard counter service food offerings.
  • Optimize operational performance, ensuring strong leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of large-scale food service operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5* hotel experience in F&B Operations Management or luxury catering background with large volumes.
  • Gulf experienced, open to remote locations.
