Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Early Career Trainee to join our team at GE Grid Solutions. As a Commissioning Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills while working on exciting projects related to grid automation.

This 12-month program is designed to provide fresh graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of electrical engineering. You will work closely with our Technical Field Service Leader to provide on-site and off-site technical assistance to customers, promoting overall customer satisfaction and providing engineering and product quality feedback.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support for all grid automation field engineering and technical support activities, considering quality, cost, and time delivery criteria. You will also interact with operation teams and solicit constructive feedback to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop technical and leadership skills through hands-on experience and training.
  2. Provide technical assistance to customers, including on-site and off-site support.
  3. Support grid automation field engineering and technical support activities.
  4. Interact with operation teams to grow the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • No obstacle to work from Al Khobar for 5 days a week.
  • Eager to learn and be part of the grid automation business.
  • Previous internship experience in engineering will be an advantage.
  • Active listener with good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and systematic with solid time management skills.
