Job Title: Sales Manager I

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager I to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our sales efforts and drive growth across various sectors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Develops and manages relationships with key client accounts on cyber topics, understands customer requirements, and coordinates with pre-sales and product teams to cater to these needs.
  2. Sales and Growth: Regularly acquires new corporate and government customers to increase profit and ensure growth, sets short-term plans according to customer requirements to maximize profits, and supports in generating new customers/clients for the company.
  3. Cyber Opportunities: Identifies and generates cyber opportunities through cyber partners and RfPs, ensures successful identification and capturing of customer requirements, and follows up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements.
  4. Negotiation and Closure: Supports in negotiation process and opportunity closures to increase company revenues and reduce costs, updates account plans based on client needs and requirements.

Requirements:


Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Sales, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Preferred experience of (+3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.

Certification:


Preferred Certification: Professional certification in Account Management is preferred.

Skills:

  1. Business Acumen: Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
  2. Product Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in company products/services.
  3. Sales Planning: Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process.
  4. Needs Recognition: Advanced proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
