About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Budget Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia within the Project Management Office (PMO). This critical role is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of large landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external consultants to review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost reports, and other financial documents related to large landscape projects.
  • Analyze cost submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to establish project budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and control project costs, providing regular updates on budget status and potential deviations.
Cost Control and Risk Assessment:
  • Implement robust cost control measures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify and address cost overruns or potential issues, proposing corrective actions as needed.
