We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recovery Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for revenue recovery from developers against invoiced sales, meeting developers for timely payments, and analyzing data to find trends and problems.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, at least 1-2 years of experience in a real estate or recovery role, and proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity are also essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and sharing reports on recovery status for all projects.
  • Developing strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce bad debts.
  • Working closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
