We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team at the Medina County Veterans Service Office.

About the Position:

The Intake Specialist will be responsible for providing reception and intake services, including greeting clients, intaking personal information, and maintaining office records and databases. The successful candidate will also perform administrative tasks as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance with inquiries.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate required, an associate degree or higher in Administrative specialist, Secretarial Science, or related course of study.
  • Three years of strong secretarial experience required, experience as an Intake Specialist, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant; six months experience in social services helpful.
